What we believe.

We believe that "God is love", and that He has filled this world with food to nourish our body, mind and soul. We believe in health, and that is attainable in this present world though it is filled with sin and sickness. We believe in the Bible, not only through its prophetic lenses but because it outlines our biological needs, being our health manual. For we were 'made' in God's image and likeness, therefore God gave us a manual on how we are to be maintained.

As created beings we look to our Maker, as well as to true science as it corroborates the principles established in God's word. For He is the Author of true science as well as Biblical Revelation and we believe that there is no conflict between the two.  The Bible gives the broad principles, and true science reveals the details concerning the human frame and the natural world.

What we do.

Our aim is to educate others on healthful living through the culinary arts and the publishing press. As our development takes place in phases our mission is to continuously inspire others to share the same faith that we hold. One that has brought tremendous joy and rest to our souls. 

Jesus' work was largely a healing work, and He is still working today through men and women to bring health and cure to others by imparting knowledge and love to both the rich and the poor. We are one of Jesus' many working agencies to spread the light of truth to this dying world. In His presence there is no sickness at all, and we hope to carry Him to others through Unleavened. 

The name 'Unleavened' was inspired by the Bible, being God's preferred way of bread making. In today's world it is difficult to obtain healthy bread made from the 'principal wheat' (Isaiah 28:25). Therefore Unleavened seeks to supply others with healthy alternatives as well as simple plant-based foods that are affordable to all classes and that will impart health and vitality to the body, mind and soul.
